Returns

At Real Skin Care Amsterdam, we believe your experience should feel as considered after delivery as it does when selecting your products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The order number or proof of purchase must be included
- A return request must be submitted before sending the item back
Items sent without a prior return request may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare or beauty products
- Opened perfume bottles
- Custom or personalised products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible).
European Union — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must still meet the return conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@real-skin-care.com.
A Final Note
Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be declined. In some cases, a store credit (gift card) may be issued instead.
